Includes an inner pillow filled with ultra-fine microbeads, a washable outer cover, and two Pebbles to adjust the firmness to your preferred level of comfort. The pillow provides 5-point body support and can be used in different positions to relieve pressure and help you sleep better. Organic cotton travel/storage bag included.

To assemble, pull the cover over the inner pillow and slide a Pebble onto each end. Move the Pebbles to adjust the pillow’s firmness. The pillow provides 5-point body support for side-sleeping and can be shaped into multiple positions. Ideal for use starting in the first trimester and for continued support as a body pillow after pregnancy.

Length: 140-145cm x Height: 20 cm. Note: These dimensions are for the inner pillow and may vary slightly due to the microbead filling, which is filled to a degree that allows the pillow to be adjusted. Once fully assembled, the pillow's thickness and length can be adjusted based on your desired level of firmness.

Do not put the inner pillow in the washing machine. It can be gently cleaned with a wet towel. The outer cover is machine washable on medium heat (40°C). Hang to dry; do not tumble dry. The Pebbles can be washed in the dishwasher or in the sink withwarm water. Store the pillow in the travel bag when not in use.

The inner pillow is filled with ultra-fine EPS microbeads. EPS is a material with natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is tested and certified per applicable standards. The inner pillow fabric is 85% nylon and 15% spandex. The outer cover is spun from 95% cotton and 5% spandex jersey. The Pebbles are made from 100% BPA-free silicone.

The Pregnancy Pillow is for adult use only. Never leave your baby or child unattended with it. Supervision is required by an awake, alert adult. Never let a baby sleep on or with the Pregnancy Pillow. Do not unzip the inner pillow or attempt to remove the microbeads, as they can be a choking hazard for children. How to use
I got this pillow but struggled on how to use for a long time. I eventually asked Google AI on proper alignment which provided good recommendation to ensure neutral knee and ankle position so that the hip, pelvic and feet are well supported to ensure maximum use and straightening of the spine. Now my body feels great no more pains. I suggest that pictures of the how to use pillow should be provided with the product with the right angles a bit more clearly because I believe this pillow can fix a lot of bodily pains

I cannot be happier with the purchase, it is worth every cent. I bought it early since I started noticing some discomfort when sleeping and the bbhugme has been the absolute lifesaver.
I sleep really comfortably, I can position the pillow in many different positions to accommodate my legs, belly and hips. For the time I have been dealing with heartburn at night, it has also been my best solution. I can tuck it on my back to get a straighter position and sleep comfortably even when sitting. I am using it also for long periods sitting in the sofa or when working from my computer. So overall, very versatile.
Moreover, the materials are soft, gentle and fresh, which make the bed experience better as I do not feel I get warm like with other pillows. The pearls inside make it super easy to change shapes and thanks to the pebbles you can also adjust how soft or hard do you want to have the pillow.
In summary, ai would buy it again if I had to and I am definitely recommending it to every mama out there.
