We offer free shipping on all orders over €110 delivered within the E.U. This policy unfortunately does not apply to orders delivered outside the E.U. Shipping costs outside of the E.U. will be displayed to you at the checkout and will depend on the location and value of your order.

Orders are fulfilled every morning from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will be fulfilled and sent on the first working day.

We currently have a warehouse in Sweden that serves our E.U., Canadian, and other international customers.

At bbhugme we currently use DHL Express for all global and E.U. orders. Delivery times are 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Further tracking updates will be sent via email and/or SMS.

Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT. When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value/ weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it. For more information, please contact your local customs office as they will be able to assist you further.
