Shipping and Delivery

Order Confirmation

After you have placed an order with bbhugme you will receive a confirmation via email to the address provided at checkout. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an additional email with tracking information. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your promotions and spam folder before contacting customer service.   

Delivery Times

We currently have a warehouse house in Sweden that serves our E.U, Canadian and other International customers, and a warehouse in Warwickshire that serves our customers residing within the United Kingdom. 

At bbhugme we currently use DHL for all International and orders within the E.U and Norway.

  • Delivery within EU: DHL express 3-4 business days. 
  • Delivery outside of EU: DHL express 4-5 business dayss.
Orders for our Customers residing within the United Kingdom are delivered via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The currier is determined by a 3rd party logics warehouse with whom we work with to service our British customers, and of which we have no control over currier selection in this instance.

  • Royal Mail: 1-3 business days. 
  • Parcelforce: 2-5 business days.
If any significant delays occur, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery please contact us at and we will help cancel your order and provide a refund.

Shipping Costs

Free-shipping on all orders over €99 being delivered within the United Kingdom, and Europe. Shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold can vary between €14-€18 dependant on the items in your order and are determined by a 3rd party logics warehouse with whom we work with to service our all our international customers and of which we cannot control.

World-wide shipping is available through our logistics partners. Rates reflect 10% of the cart value at checkout.  


Returns can be made within 2 weeks of your order date for orders placed directly with bbhugme. The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining. We cannot accept returns of items that are returned dirty, worn or showing signs of being used. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. The return postage fee is paid by the customer. Returns can take up to 2-4 weeks for shipping, processing, and for customers to receive a refund on their account statement.

To request or confirm a return, submit a claim please send us an email at confirming that you have shipped the product back to us. When confirming a return please include a copy of the shipping receipt from the carrier.

VAT and Other Import Taxes

When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value/ weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it. Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT.
