    ORDER CONFIRMATION
    After you have placed an order with bbhugme you will receive a confirmation via email to the address provided at checkout.
    Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an additional email with tracking information.

     

    DELIVERY TIME
    For international & European orders we use DHL. For orders in the UK we use Royal Mail & Parcelforce UK - depending on your order size. 
    • Delivery within EU: DHL express 3-4 business days.
    • Delivery outside of EU: DHL express 4-5 business days.
    • UK with Royal Mail: 1-3 business days. UK with Parcelforce: 2-5 business days.

     

    During busy times, when we have specific campaigns then it might take  longer for us to send out your order. 
    All our Scandinavian & International orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kungsbacka, Sweden. Our products ordered before 12 am are shipped the same day!
    All our UK orders are shipped from our warehouse in Warwickshire. 
    If any significant delays occur, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
    If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery please contact us at hello@bbhugme.com and we will help cancel your order and provide a refund.

    SHIPPING COSTS
    We cover the shipping cost on all orders over €99.
    Shipping costs for orders below $€99 vary between €14-€18 depending on the items in your basket.

     

    RETURNS
    Returns can be made within 2 weeks of your order date for orders placed directly with bbhugme. The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. The return postage fee is paid by the customer.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that are returned dirty, worn or showing signs of being used.
    To request or confirm a return, submit a claim please send us an email at hello@bbhugme.com confirming that you have shipped the product back to us. When confirming a return please include a copy of the shipping receipt from the carrier. 
    Products purchased directly through bbhugme can be returned to our warehouse:

    WARRANTY
    Our products are ideal for daily use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and more. With proper care following instructions on washing labels and packaging, bbhugme® will keep providing you family with relaxation and fun. However, normal damage from wear and tear will not be covered.
    Warranty is only valid as long as our products are used properly: The pregnancy and nursing inner pillow are used with a sleeve. The inner pillow should never be washed in the washing machine. Removing spots on the inner pillow can be best done with a wet towel. Therefore, any damage caused by washing the inner pillow in a washing machine will not qualify as a return.

     

    CLAIMS
    We guarantee that the bbhugme® product you receive is flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please email us at hello@bbhugme.com immediately, but no later than 14 days after collection. Please provide order number, a detailed description together with a photo. The faulty item must be in unused condition.
    Upon receiving the item and approving the claim we return to you a replacement, if in stock. If out of stock we will return any payment for the item.
    Once a claim has been filed and confirmed with our customer service team, you can return the faulty product to the address below. Don't forget to confirm that you have shipped the product back to us by including a copy of the shipping receipt from the carrier with your order number to hello@bbhugme.com.

    VAT
    When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value/ weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it. Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT.
